Release Information

In agreement with the CMC, the HICUM Group officially releases, maintains and supports the codes for the bipolar transistor model HICUM/L2.
In addition to HICUM/Level2, the simplified model HICUM/Level0 is publicly available up to version 1.12. Since the productization of this model is not being funded by the CMC, higher versions are only available to those companies that provide support.
