Registration Fees

The registration fee includes access to the sessions, the workshop abstracts, breaks, lunches and access to the Welcome Reception (18.09.2011), the Conference Dinner (21.09.2011) and the Poster Session (22.09.2011).

The Conference Dinner on 21 September 2011 (hiking tour and steamboat tour) is included in the registration fee. Please indicate on the registration form whether you want to participate. The price for accompanying persons is € 45.00.

The fees for the conference and the social programs can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard accepted). If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing (emails accepted). For cancellations received up to and including 26 August 2011, a handling charge of € 50.00 is payable. Refunds will be made after the conference. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received after 26 August 2011. Should the conference fee still be outstanding, the total amount is due to CMD.

Online Registration Form

On the online registration form you can also register for the social program or reserve a hotel room. Please see social program or accommodation pages for more information.

After completing the online registration form, you will receive the following documents:

1. an email with a transmission report of your completed registration form
2. an email from CMD Congress Management with your invoice / confirmation of registration, and if booked, a confirmation for your hotel reservation
